Interested in creating a start-up company? Let us know. U.Va. and the Patent Foundation are supportive of faculty start-ups and their efforts to lead to the development of a dynamic, high-tech industry in Charlottesville.

Along with many other offices across Grounds, the Patent Foundation launched a lecture and networking series for faculty-entrepreneurs in 2010: "True Confessions of a Faculty Entrepreneur." Researchers interested in pursuing entrepreneurship as a possible avenue for commercializing their research discoveries are encouraged to attend.
